Capsize: “If a capsize is caused by the guest’s misuse, negligent operation, or failure to follow the safety briefing, a documented recovery and inspection charge of USD 50–100 may apply depending on recovery work and resulting damage.”
Collision or accident: “If a collision or other accident caused by the guest’s misuse, negligent operation, or failure to follow instructions results in damage, a documented charge of USD 200–500 may apply depending on the assessed damage and repair work.”
These charges do not apply to normal wear, pre-existing damage, equipment failure, or damage not caused by the guest. Staff must explain and document any charge.
